Seems to be some question about the death date. Family Documents have it as April 13, 1901, but some others (Lillie Dodson Marshal) have it as April 17, 1901. A trip to Hitt Mountain might be in order to see the gravestone and see what it says. I shall also have to see if I can contact Lillie.
Henry married Emily Jane Hitt, daughter of Joel Hitt and Nancy Vaughn, on 10 Feb 1853 in Culpepper Co. VA. (Emily Jane Hitt was born on 20 Jul 1835 in Culpepper Co, VA 1 and died on 25 Dec 1913 1.)
