Rev. Edmond March who died March 6, 1791 age 88 years wa ordained July 3, 1728 pastor of the first church in Amesbury Massachusetts.
He continued in the Ministry there until imrirmities of body and mind rendered him incapable of public usefulness. He was a faithful Minister and an exemplary christian under the severest trials in life.
Edmond married Mary Whittimore, daughter of Pelatiah Whittimore and Margery Pepperill, on 15 Jan 1729 in Kittery, Maine. (Mary Whittimore was born in 1712 and died on 1 Mar 1788.)
